Join NYC Retrofit Accelerator for their Building Operations and Maintenance Trainings. 

Whether you are a New York City building manager, superintendent, or building operator, the NYC Retrofit Accelerator's hands-on trainings are available to help you make informed decisions about how to operate your building efficiently, reduce costs, and increase tenant comfort.

You will also be provided with information on resources that can help finance the projects covered in the trainings. Information on programs from utilities, the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and other entities will be available to participants.

The session on June 30 is on energy efficiency electrical - how to conduct lighting audits, perform basic retrofits, and install control devices; the importance of efficient electrical appliances.
