The Building Energy Exchange space hosts exhibits, technology demonstrations, and educational training programs to advance progressive discourse on energy and lighting efficiency in buildings.

The Building Energy Exchange regularly hosts events for other organizations focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. Facilities include a 50-seat classroom with a 150" projection screen and extensive audio-visual capabilities, a 35-seat conference room with a 70" LED screen, and over 2000 square feet of exhibit space. Accessibility

The primary entrance to the Surrogate's Courthouse on Chambers Street includes steps. A handicapped accessible entrance is located on Reade Street between Elk and Centre Streets.

Biking

Our location is easy to reach by bicycle. Public bike parking is available nearby at the Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, by the South Entrance. Nearest CitiBike Stations: Centre St & Chambers St; Reade St and Broadway.

Parking

Street parking is very scarce in downtown Manhattan. Closest parking garages: Icon Parking Systems, 233 Broadway; Kids Parking Corp., 105 Duane Street.
