Help advance energy efficiency and sustainability in New York City. Intern with the Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex).

BE-Ex is seeking two interns for the Summer 2018 term to contribute to our educational resources and programs on energy efficient building design and technology.

  1. The Research Intern will work with the Project Associate to help develop reports, case studies, blogs, and/or training materials on energy efficiency best-practices.  Read the full Research Intern description here.
  2. The Programs Intern will assist the Program Associate with communications, outreach, and the coordination of events, programs, and campaigns, including the global social media campaign, Daylight Hour.  Read the full Programs Intern Description here.

Timing
The internships will begin in June and last through August (exact dates flexible).  Interns must be available to work Mondays–Thursdays from 10am to 5pm, and will occasionally be asked to arrive early or stay late for special events (likely a few times per month, advance notice will be given). This position has a monthly stipend and we can also work with your university to gain course credit.
