9:00 am to 11:00 am

Recording of October 4 2022 event at BE-Ex, "High Performance O&M Training for Multifamily Building Staff."

Proper operations and maintenance (O&M) training for building staff delivers a high return on investment – equipping staff with a valuable skillset, lowering operating costs, and preparing buildings for a climate-ready future.

Hosted by Building Energy Exchange in partnership with Cadmus and NYSERDA, this program will walk through the measurable, positive impacts of O&M training and upskilling of staff in the multifamily sector.

At this hybrid program, understand how building operators created their educational strategies and customized on-site training frameworks with the tools needed to advance the skills of their staff. Learn how you can tap up to $400,000 in funding from NYSERDA to pursue similar training for your organization.

Please note: this is a hybrid program – you may register to attend in person or online. For in-person attendees, doors open at 8:30am for a networking breakfast. For online attendees, the program will begin at 9:30am.
