Stay ahead of New York City’s changing energy codes and rapidly evolving real estate market. Schedule a free presentation on Passive House – the high-comfort, low energy-use building standard that is gaining momentum in the NYC market.
Buildings that meet the Passive House standard use 70-90% less heating energy than conventional buildings, have excellent indoor air quality, superior comfort, and are resilient in the face of extreme weather. Given these benefits, it’s no surprise that Passive House construction is gaining momentum in NYC, and that local building codes are also moving towards Passive House-levels of performance.
