Reducing our carbon footprint is the paramount challenge of our age, and buildings will play a critical role in creating a sustainable, resilient city. You can be part of the solution by joining our campaign. Creating a world class center for energy efficiency in New York City presents an opportunity for organizations, families, and individuals to demonstrate their commitment to combating climate change.
We have already secured over $1M from New York City and State, and have launched our campaign to raise an additional $500,000, for this project. We invite you to join our campaign by making a one-time, tax-deductible contribution and become a member of the project’s Founder’s Circle.
With events regularly over-flowing our capacity, the Building Energy Exchange has demonstrated the need for an objective venue for building decision makers and stakeholders to learn, see, discuss, and network. With over 11,000 visitors to over 400 programs, in just two years, our center’s reputation for providing actionable solutions through education, exhibitions, technology demonstrations, and research is well-established. But we are bursting at the seams. The Center's expansion will feature:
The Founder’s Circle recognizes donors that demonstrate leadership and commitment to New York City's future. By supporting the completion of the BE-Ex center, this elite group of donors will set an example for the rest of the country and lead the way toward effective climate action.
Creating a world-class center of excellence lends itself to providing special recognition opportunities for families and corporations to name various parts of the new center. A limited number of opportunities are available to recognize exceptional leadership.
