Gail Suchman, leading expert in environmental law and a partner in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group at Sheppard Mullin, joins Building Energy Exchange for a conversation about her career and insights into the evolving field of environmental law. Hosted by the Women in Sustainability & Energy (WISE) series, this event welcomes attendees to participate in an engaged Q+A session and pose questions for Gail before and during the program.
Gail Suchman, a partner in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group at Sheppard Mullin, has over 30 years of experience in environmental and energy law and policy and is a leading expert in issues related to climate change and carbon emissions. She has served as a lecturer in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development at Columbia Law School and Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, and is co-founder of the Urban Design Lab for Sustainable Development at Columbia’s Earth Institute. She holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS from Northwestern University.
