As the first reporting period of Local Law 97 draws near, it is crucial for building cooperatives and condominium associations to take proactive steps to reduce their carbon emissions. This event will showcase proven approaches and solutions for building emissions reductions in tenant-owned and operated buildings and provide insights on how they can be implemented throughout New York City.
