As reporting for Local Law 97 is now underway, it is crucial for co-op and condo buildings to take proactive steps to reduce their carbon emissions, understand their LL97 requirements, and be connected to information, technical, and financial resources that will assist with compliance.

In this workshop for property managers and co-op & condo board members, learn from technical experts about how to improve your building’s performance through Strategic Decarbonization Planning (SDP) to meet compliance deadlines, reduce costs, improve efficiency, while increasing property value.

Speakers will answer your questions, offer information on financial incentives, and walk through actionable tools and resources you can utilize to incorporate decarbonization into a building’s capital planning.

The event will be led by Building Energy Exchange, the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice, with support from NYC Department of Buildings, NYSERDA, Con Edison, NYC Accelerator, NYCEEC, and Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums.
