Join us for the kickoff event to the New York Chapter of the Embodied Carbon Network, a series of organized events to empower building industry professionals to advance towards the goal of achieving a carbon neutral built environment through the reduction of embodied carbon in building design.

The workshop will involve engaging discussion with design professionals from a range of backgrounds, where we will introduce the concept of embodied carbon, talk about the group initiative, and facilitate guided discussions about design strategies for reducing embodied carbon in design.

*The workshop proceeds an evening lecture titled “Embodied Carbon: Part 1, The Blind Spot of the Building Industry”  by Antony Pak and sponsored by AISC, at the Center for Architecture.
