BEEx has released a report called Retrofitting Affordability and if you’re interested in energy savings and sustainability, this is worth a read. The report focused on high-density affordable housing buildings. These buildings represent a tremendous opportunity for both energy savings and a demonstration of the potential short term payback of these efficiency measures.
