The Building Energy Exchange has released a new report on Multifamily Buildings and energy efficiency. The report, entitled Retrofitting Affordability, evaluates New York City’s Multifamily Building Energy Data for Savings Opportunities.

The report acknowledges that achieving efficiencies will not be easy. however, BEEx highlights the City’s new “Retrofit Accelerator” program and how it will help building owners and operators navigate barriers to unlock energy savings potential.
