Join Jonathan A. Wright, founder of Wright Builders Inc. and author from Northampton, Massachusetts, in conversation about his new book, Living Building Makers: Creating Sustainable Buildings that Renew Our World. This book is a collection of stories celebrating the people who bring the built environment to life. Set on the Hampshire College campus, Wright’s stories are a tribute to unsung individuals—builders, tradespeople, designers, engineers, educators, craftspeople, and owners—who played a part in creating two of the greenest buildings in the world, both on the Hampshire College campus: the R.W. Kern Center and the Hitchcock Center for the Environment.
Hear first-hand project and construction experience from Wright, and the stories of inspiration derived from all participants through a project process that accomplishes real good to heal people and the planet.
