Please join The New York City Mayor’s Office of Sustainability to learn more about heating, cooling and hot water solutions in the face of gas constraints that the city is facing. The technical conference will also be addressing issues relating to system choice, costs and carbon reduction. This clinic is geared to building owners, developers and contractors, and designers of new construction multifamily projects (both subsidized and market rate). We envision this being a nearly full-day event, beginning with presentations on the NYC energy landscape, followed by presentations on options for multifamily projects, and after a lunch break regrouping as a “help desk” in small groups. Attendees will be grouped based on their challenges and needs, and receive individualized advice and solutions from a mix of experts and vendors.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Schedule of Events:

– Welcome and Introductions
– NYC Energy Landscape – What you need to know
– Coffee Break
– Considerations for Multifamily Electrification
– Lunch
– Help Desk with industry experts and leading vendors
– Networking
