The Passive House Construction Primer is a slightly more technical version of our original Primer, and is ideal for contractors, tradespeople, and anyone else interested in gaining an overview of high-performance construction strategies.

Max Wolf is an architect and structural engineer at SOM, Certified Passive House Designer and member of AIA NY COTE. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering summa cum laude from Cooper Union and Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
