Every year, Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex) hosts Daylight Hour (DLH), a global social media campaign that strives to promote energy efficiency and celebrate natural lighting by encouraging commercial and home offices to turn off all non-essential lights for one hour and share their participation on social media. On June 24, 2026, participants from all over the world will turn off their lights for one hour, and help us reach our goal of 40 Empire State Building’s worth of energy in one hour!

To celebrate, join BE-Ex’s Women in Sustainability & Energy (WISE) Series for a fun summer solstice event. Bring friends or join a team for our lighting-themed trivia and featured summer cocktail.

Come prepared to put your knowledge to the test and ready to celebrate the power of daylighting and energy efficiency by joining us for a memorable summer party at BE-Ex!
