WISE: Shaping NYC's Climate Resilient Future

Climate change poses unprecedented challenges to our infrastructure and communities, necessitating a proactive, multifaceted, and equitable approach to create a climate resilient built environment.

Join BE-Ex’s Women in Sustainability & Energy (WISE) series for a panel discussion on planning for future climate change hazards, from flooding and sea level rise to extreme heat and harmful air quality. Hear from a range of professionals from different sectors of the climate industry share how they are pushing forward critical climate resilient design and policy for the health and safety of all New Yorkers. This event will dive into the future of resilience planning in the face of our changing environment, pathways for equitable resilience, and the complexities of preparing communities to address these issues.

The panel discussion will conclude with an audience Q&A, followed by a networking session with refreshments. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to network and converse with fellow activists and industry professionals!
