9:00 am to 10:30 am
Join us for this free event on innovative steam system technologies that can improve performance in your building, save energy and money, and enhance occupant comfort.
Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex) and the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services Division of Energy Management (DCAS DEM) will present findings from three tech demonstration projects funded by DCAS DEM’s Innovative Demonstrations for Energy Adaptability (IDEA) program. Completed at a public health lab, a middle school, and a recreation center, the IDEA demonstrations provide lessons on how a wide variety of NYC buildings can benefit from these steam technologies.
BE-Ex and DCAS DEM will be joined by the technology providers – HudsonFisonic, STEAMGARD, and ThermaXX – to discuss details of the demonstration projects and answer audience questions about implementation, applications, and benefits of each technology.
