In 2020 New York City will witness the arrival of publicly posted building energy grades and a new, aggressive stretch code. How do these new reference points relate to the Local Law 97 carbon emission limits? How can building owners and project teams ensure they are on a path to compliance with these varied requirements?
Join the Building Energy Exchange, the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, and the Natural Resources Defense Council for a lively discussion by industry leaders and others of these critical elements of NYC’s building performance framework.
This event marks the sixth program of our acclaimed Climate Mobilization Act Series, a collection of programs and resources dedicated to demystifying the legislative package and connecting our community with relevant solutions. Grades, Codes & Limits is the second event in partnership with Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on solutions to the Climate Mobilization Act’s various requirements.
