The Building Energy Exchange regularly hosts events for other organizations focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. Facilities include a 100-seat classroom with a 150″ projection screen and state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities, a 35-seat conference room with a 70″ LED screen, and over 2,000 square feet of exhibit space.

What sort of technology do you support?

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we do. Please include your preferred setup in your inquiry (and pay attention to the corresponding capacity).
Can I bring in catered food and drinks for my event?
Yes, but you must notify us ahead of time and be sure to use one of our approved vendors.
- We are currently working to expand this list. You will need our written permission in order to use a caterer that is not currently a part of this list.
Single-use plastics, e.g. water bottles, are not permitted. BE-Ex is able to provide water if notified in advance.
A small fee may apply to coordinate with building security.
Post-event: Leftover food scraps can be dropped off at the smart composting bin located on Broadway and Park Place, next to City Hall Park (an easy three-minute walk from BE-Ex).
What is your cancellation policy?
For a full deposit refund, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the event.
