Building Energy Exchange is delighted to announce the promotion of Paul Rivers from Associate, Operations, to Senior Associate, Operations & Memberships.

Paul Rivers has been intimately involved in all aspects of BE-Ex’s development initiatives, supporting successful multi-year funding applications, creating financial insights to inform leadership, and driving standardization across reporting structures.

As the staff liaison for BE-Ex’s Industry Leadership Council, Paul has spearheaded new engagement opportunities for corporate members including quarterly mailers, digital content showcases, and social media spotlights. Most recently, Paul’s critical role in planning and fundraising for BE-Ex’s first anniversary event, Celebrate BE-Ex! A Decade of Excellence, engaged over 150+ industry thought leaders and attracted record sponsor participation.

A constant presence across the BE-Ex ecosystem, Paul produces marketing materials, builds DEI practices into hiring and staff training opportunities, and manages all network and A/V infrastructure. Paul’s new role expands his involvement in scaling many of BE-Ex’s development goals.
